Dr. Fidel Lim shares his Reflections on the Culture of Safety.
Dr. Lim has a wealth of experience in critical care, staff development, and nursing education. He currently teaches medical-surgical and critical curriculum in the undergraduate program at New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Dr. Lim's passion is bridging the gaps in nurse engagement and practice excellence. He has published numerous articles on topics such as clinical practice, nursing education, LGBT health disparities, reflective practice, men in nursing, and Florence Nightingale. Dr. Lim recently was awarded first prize by the American Assembly for Men in Nursing for his essay "Culture of Safety: It Starts With YOU."
